Product is great but customer service is bad been trying for more than 3 days to change the zip code on my order because I entered it wrong now it’s leaving the warehouse with the wrong zip code on it ugh
You have to remember to put it on 15 minutes before going to bed and it’s still really sticky during those 15 min. I personally find that a little annoying. Having your face feel tight when you go to sleep also takes some getting used to. I’m not completely sold on it yet because of that.

Nice set, and I can definitely see results after using it. The cream in the jar is a little sticky after applying it but for nighttime that’s definitely not a problem. During the day I just apply a thinner layer. The mask works really well and you can see results right away !
