These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gloweya.com and purchases made through our website.
Gloweya is a trading name of DaLa-Ecom. Throughout these Terms, “Gloweya,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DaLa-Ecom operating under the Gloweya brand.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
1. Online Store Terms
By placing an order through Gloweya, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase agreement or have the required authorization to do so.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You may not interfere with, damage, gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt our website, systems, or services.
2. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
Product packaging, colors, appearance, labeling, or other visual details may differ slightly from images shown on our website due to screen settings, photography, manufacturing updates, or packaging changes.
We may update product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, pricing, availability, or other product information where reasonably necessary.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities, subject to applicable law.
3. Skincare Information
Information available through Gloweya, including product descriptions, skincare routines, recommendations, articles, and other content, is provided for general informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gloweya products are cosmetic skincare products.
Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.
Individual results may vary.
Always review the ingredients and directions before using a product. If you have known allergies, highly sensitive skin, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- inventory or fulfillment issues;
- suspected commercial resale;
- misuse of promotions or discounts;
- violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or during checkout.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time. Changes do not affect orders already concluded, except where permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, optional shipping protection, and other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical, technical, or pricing errors. If such an error materially affects an order already submitted, we may contact you or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Gloweya may offer promotional discounts, discount codes, gifts, bundles, multi-buy offers, or other promotions.
Additional conditions may apply and will be communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional codes cannot be combined;
- discounts have no cash value;
- promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed;
- discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
We may reject or correct discounts obtained through fraud, technical errors, manipulation, or misuse, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Bundle Discounts
Gloweya may offer bundle or multi-buy discounts where a discount becomes available after purchasing a minimum number of qualifying products.
The applicable discount and purchase requirement will be displayed with the offer.
If part of a discounted bundle is subsequently returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the products retained and the original eligibility requirements.
If the remaining products no longer satisfy the minimum requirement for the original promotion, the refund may therefore reflect the price those retained products would have had without that discount, where permitted by applicable law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking information, and other delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates and transit times are estimates.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Where products are fulfilled or shipped directly by a third-party fulfillment partner, the relevant pre-purchase information regarding fulfillment and origin of shipment will be provided where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delayed, missing, defective, or undelivered orders.
9. Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Gloweya offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains:
- the applicable return period;
- how to request a return;
- eligibility requirements;
- return shipping;
- refunds;
- damaged, defective, or incorrect products;
- promotional and bundle returns.
Any commercial money-back guarantee offered by Gloweya is additional to mandatory consumer rights and does not restrict statutory rights that may apply.
10. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may exercise that right within the legally applicable period and subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.
For consumers entitled to the Dutch/EU statutory withdrawal regime, this generally includes a 14-day cooling-off period for qualifying distance purchases.
The existence of Gloweya's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not remove or replace statutory withdrawal rights.
Information about exercising applicable cancellation and return rights is provided through our Return & Refund Policy and other required cancellation facilities.
Because DaLa-Ecom is a Netherlands-established seller, this is an important addition. Dutch government guidance states that online consumers generally receive at least a 14-day statutory cooling-off period, and this should be reflected in the terms. business.gov.nl
11. Legal Guarantee
Products supplied by Gloweya must comply with the purchase agreement and any mandatory legal guarantee requirements that apply.
Our commercial guarantees, including our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, do not restrict rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Dutch consumer law expressly treats the statutory guarantee separately from any additional commercial guarantee offered by a seller. business.gov.nl
12. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified before processing or fulfillment begins.
This does not restrict any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return process may need to be followed.
13. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping information provided when placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to correct the address before fulfillment where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be charged where permitted by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
The Gloweya brand, website design, logos, graphics, photographs, product imagery, text, videos, icons, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DaLa-Ecom unless otherwise stated.
You may access the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, scrape, republish, or otherwise use protected Gloweya content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
15. Reviews & User-Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to Gloweya, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Submitted content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or infringe third-party rights.
Where you expressly submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant Gloweya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that content for purposes connected with Gloweya, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate content where reasonably necessary.
We do not purchase or fabricate false customer reviews.
Dutch online-selling rules prohibit fake reviews and manipulation of consumer reviews, so this is something you should also follow operationally—not merely put in the Terms. business.gov.nl
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, website infrastructure, and other service providers.
Some links on Gloweya.com may lead to third-party websites.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Nothing in this section removes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Website Availability
We aim to keep Gloweya.com accurate, secure, and available.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may correct errors and update website information where necessary.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Gloweya.com:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to infringe another person's rights;
- to distribute malicious code;
- to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- to interfere with website security or operation;
- to impersonate another person;
- to place fraudulent orders;
- to abuse discounts or promotional offers;
- to submit fraudulent refund or chargeback requests;
- to collect information through unauthorized automated methods.
We may restrict access or take other reasonable measures to protect Gloweya, customers, and third parties.
19. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gloweya.com and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or available at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gloweya will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was concluded.
Any limitation of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
This is deliberately more conservative than a typical U.S. template. Dutch rules prohibit unreasonable consumer terms and do not allow a webshop simply to contract away mandatory consumer protections. business.gov.nl
21. Force Majeure
Gloweya will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, government measures, transportation interruptions, major infrastructure failures, or similar events.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law grants a consumer mandatory protections that cannot validly be excluded by a choice of law, those protections remain unaffected.
